Komarov accepts returns for exchange or store credit ONLY. Returns must be requested via email to email@example.com within 5 business days of the delivery receipt date.
*No returns or exchanges are allowed on Final Sale items (Clearance).
How to Return an Item?
All returns require a valid Return Authorization number (RA#). You can request your RA # by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. For your request please be sure to include order # and full name on the purchase. If an order is returned without valid authorization from Komarov, your package will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Once RA# is received you will receive a UPS label to return your purchase. Please use this label or another carrier that will provide a tracking number. If you do not use our provided label you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
International returns - The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes or brokerage fees. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we issue you a refund.
All returns must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn all original packaging and hangers must be included. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF DISCLAIMER TAG REMAINS ATTACHED. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if the above criteria is not met.

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
FAILURE TO RETURN MERCHANDISE AS LISTED ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE RETURN BEING REJECTED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA PHONE AND/OR EMAIL IF YOUR RETURN IS BEING REJECTED. YOUR RETURN WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER. YOU MAY ALSO BE CHARGED A $13 REJECTION PROCESSING FEE FOR ALL REJECTED RETURNS.
WE RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SHIP YOUR RETURN USING A CARRIER WHO WILL PROVIDE YOUR PACKAGE WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TO ENSURE THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE. WE SUGGEST THAT YOU USE FEDEX, UPS OR INSURED PARCEL POST FOR YOUR RETURN. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST IN TRANSIT. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE THE MOST ECONOMICAL SHIPPING METHOD FOR YOUR RETURN. IF YOUR RETURN WARRANTS REIMBURSEMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS, WE CANNOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST.
ONCE A RETURN ARRIVES AT OUR WAREHOUSE IT WILL TAKE US 10 TO 14 DAYS TO RECEIVE, INSPECT AND PROCESS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
RETURNS AND STORE CREDITS MAY BE MADE AT THE DISCRETION OF KOMAROV.
